Ultima Poplin is a high quality fabric with the same fiber content as our broadcloths. Although slightly heavier than broadcloth, it pleats easily for smocking. It's an excellent fabric choice for fall or winter smocked garments--long sleeved dresses, rompers, jumpers, etc.
