An extremely soft and supple fabric, this 100% cotton featherwale (21-wale) corduroy is suitable for garments and general sewing projects. The color is a little lighter than navy, an excellent fall and winter basic. It combines well with a number of our print and plaid fabrics. For smocked garments, featherwale can be pleated or used with an insert.
