Dress front is constructed of one piece of fabric smocked to the shoulders on either side of an optional center box pleat. Back has a plain yoke attached to skirt and a buttoned belt. Peter Pan collars are piped. Short puffed sleeves are finished with a bias band. Smocking design included. Multisized pattern.
