Anchor Marlitt is a 4-ply embroidery thread made of 100% viscose rayon. It can be stranded to a single ply. The high luster of the rayon gives Marlitt the look of silk for a fraction of the cost. It is an excellent thread for all types of decorative stitching, including smocking, hardanger, cross stitch, counted thread and canvas work, and small crocheted items. Available in 11 yd./10 m skeins, 90 colors. Washable, dry cleanable.
